1.NPF-EPS BOXES:

NPF Boxes are the best choice to pack  fragile items for relocating and protect medical equipment.

NPF-EPS BLOCKS:

Expanded polystyrene (EPS) big blocks are manufactured with the hightech machines in a fully automated plant with stringent quality control. These blocks are stored in a big warehouse for curing later it will be cut into sheets, small blocks, and different shapes according to the customer’s requirements. Since it has good physical and mechanical properties, lightweight, and easy to handle, can be produced in big volumes in a short period of time.

NPF WALL INSULATION SHEET:

The reason NPF EPS is such a good insulating material is the millions of air pockets that are formed when the blocks are molded. These pockets impede the flow of heat, making EPS an excellent insulator keeping things cool in the summer and warm in the winter. High-quality EPS wall insulation is available in a variety of sizes.

Sheets of NPF EPS are used to insulate the inside or outside of foundations. The material can come into direct contact with the earth without any degradation over time. Sheets can be installed on the outside of wall framing or between the studs as is currently being done in areas where flooding has become routine.
The sheets are available in various densities ar.rd thickness according to customer’s requirements.

NPF POLYSTYRENE

NPF Polystyrene molded roof insulation boards with ventilation channels are made with CFC free fire-retardant Polystyrene (EPS). NPF rooftop insulation board offers excellent benefits by keeping the heat out from houses, buildings, and shopping malls, reducing airconditioning costs (enhancing air-conditioning efficiency), and resulting in perpetual saving of energy/ electricity etc…over the life span of the premise.

NPF BEADS

NPF Beads are lightweight, white color, fire retardant, pearl-shaped, closed-cell Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) beads, the diameter of the beads normally ranges from 3 to .12 mm with an apparent density of 8-t5 Kg/m3.

NPF Beads are also widely consumed by the ready-mix suppliers for lightweight screed production, which has remarkable characteristics of Thermal cum Acoustic properties used by the construction industries.
