National Packaging the factory is one of the pioneers of the corrugation industry in Oman and first of such type in the southern region of the Sultanate of Oman. National Packaging factory (NPF) has recently started to manufacture and supply, of Expanded Polystyrene (EPS)boxes, sheets, blocks, and beads products.
Its products are recognized as a National industry leader in the development of Innovative and Technical uses for Expanded Polystyrene (Thermocol) products. Its application and services play a vital role in major building/construction projects, Commercial,
Government and Residential purposes.
It is the key manufacturer of environmentally friendly CFC free EPS products. We are the major producers/service providers in the southern region of Oman of thermal insulation products for the construction sector like insulation sheets for wall & roof various applications, Fish/Vegetable Boxes, insulation sections for packing material, and customized sizes of EPS blocks. And also providing polystyrene Beads for Concrete Ready-mix.

NPF-EPS Chemical Characteristics
EPS is manufactured from a styrene monomer, the derivative of ethylene and benzene by using a polymerization process. EPS is lightweight cellular plastic material consisting of small spherical shaped particles containing about 98% of air. This microcellular closed cell construction provides EPS with excellent insulating and shock absorbing characteristics.
